  • Intensive Web3 Sprint: The program encompasses a 10-week sprint carefully crafted to help startups discover their product-market fit and navigate the intricate Web3 landscape.

  • Orange Demo Day: The journey culminates with Orange Demo Day, an exceptional opportunity for participants to pitch their ventures to top-tier Web3 investors.

  • Expert Mentorship: Throughout the program, fellows benefit from dedicated mentorship by experienced founders within the Orange DAO Community. These mentors offer valuable insights, guidance, and introductions.

  • $100K Uncapped Investment: As part of the fellowship, participants receive a substantial $100,000 investment through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) with no valuation cap or discount.

  • Terms: Fellows receive a $100K uncapped SAFE investment, with a separate 2% program fee.

  • Advantages: Beyond the investment, the fellowship offers comprehensive support in achieving product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and building traction.

  • Eligibility: Startups at various stages, from ideation to pre-Series A, are encouraged to apply. Non-YC founders are also welcome.

  • Timeline: The program starts on January 15th with an in-person orientation week and concludes with a virtual Demo Day in early April 2024.

  • Format: It's a hybrid program, with both in-person and remote components.

  • Follow-on Investments: Orange DAO considers subsequent investments at least six months after Demo Day.
